By attending Hedgeye Regional, you agree to comply with all event guidelines, as they have been, and will be, communicated from time-to-time. No unauthorized recording of any kind will be permitted.

 

By purchasing a ticket to Hedgeye Regional, or by attending Hedgeye Regional, you voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to the event and waive all claims against Hedgeye and Hedgeye Regional partners. Event schedule and guests are subject to change. Hedgeye and its partners are not responsible for any damages resulting from the event. If Hedgeye Regional is cancelled in full, your sole remedy is a refund in the amount of your admission ticket. Admission and participation are subject to your compliance with all laws, rules, regulations and guidelines of any applicable law, ordinance, or guideline.

HRM publishes Hedgeye Risk Range™ signals direct to its subscribers who will receive the Risk Range™ signals before they are delivered to HAM and become a part of the Index. As such, due to processing time between publication and receipt of the Risk Range™ signals by HAM, other investors may execute trades based on the signals before Krane receives the published Index for the Fund.
